ABOUT TRACE
Trace was born and raised where the wind comes sweeping down the plains! He’s in his junior year studying Musical Theatre at the University of Oklahoma and plans to pursue theatre professionally post-grad.
When he’s not onstage, Trace is most likely in the kitchen making his famous chocolate chip cookies or out thrifting with friends. He is an avid writer of plays, music, and short stories, and is in the process of perfecting his John Mulaney impersonation.
Last summer, Trace performed in Jersey Boys as Bob Gaudio with Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma, in Rent with Southern Plains Productions, and in Alice by Heart at Queensbury in Houston. He performed at The Muny in A Chorus Line under the direction of Tony Nominee Denis Jones, as well as in the National Tour of Camelot’s Tulsa run. At OU, he performed as The Balladeer/Oswald in Assassins and as Sam in Crazy For You. He is looking forward to playing William Barfee in OU’s Spring Main Stage, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee!
